Dareberries is the initiative of a small team of specialists that assumes the mission to give you useful information that can help you improve your life, and be happy.
We consider that for a human being to be happy, he/she might need the following elements in his/her life:
- self awareness (and self consciousness - the continuous will to know yourself better and better)
- healthy body - developing and keeping healthy eating habits
- human interaction - successful relationships with other human fellows
- a successful career - a job you are happy with and gives you professional satisfaction
